How do I become a new student at LongIslandTennisLessons.com?

Answer

In order to become a new student at LongIslandTennisLessons.com you will need to fill out an application below. We do not answer e-mails or voicemails from new students unless we have an online application on file. The application takes 2 minutes to fill out.

FAQ #2

How long will it take to receive a phone call once I have properly filled out an online application to set up my first lesson with one of LongIslandTennisLessons.com Certified tennis teaching professionals?

Answer

The honest truth is that we receive over 100 new applications a week from tennis players all over Long Island and Queens. We are not going to be able to teach everyone who fills out an application. We do answer phone calls within 72 hours of receiving a new application in our company inbox.

How do I pay for my first lesson or package once someone from the LongIslandTennisLessons.com team calls me back after the online application has been processed?

Answer

Our only methods of payment are credit card or check. Students who provide Mastercard or Visa get their lessons booked faster because of the fast turnaround of processing credit cards versus waiting three to five business days for a check to clear the bank.

What if I am interested in tennis lessons yet do not have the financial means to pay for them??

Answer

At LongIslandTennisLessons.com we are very well aware of the recession and its effect on ourselves and our loved ones. For this reason we have payment plans for new students on a budget. All you have to do is have a Mastercard or Visa and your payment will be broken down in three easy payments over three months. This method of payment makes fabulous tennis training financially feasible for almost anyone!!

What is our cancellation policy?

We have a very strict 48 hour cancellation policy which is 100% enforced. This is our busy season and we start training students at 7am every single day until 8PM. We have to pay our instructors for your missed lessons. For this reason LongIslandTennisLessons.com has to have a credit card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

What location do I take my tennis lesson when it rains?

All students who purchase a package at LongIslandTennisLessons.com will have their tennis lessons scheduled at one of the indoor tennis facilities we teach at. Our company policy is to check the weather forecast 48 hours before your lesson and if it is scheduled to rain on the day of your tennis lesson someone from our team will automatically book an indoor court for your time slot and contact you.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND

1. Due to extremely high demand, students who purchase packages immediately will be given preferential choice in reserving court times and options with instructors. As a result, David’s Elite Tennis Training cannot guarantee the more popular days and times (Saturday & Sundays) or instructors if you do not purchase a package by July 15^th, 2009. Obviously, the earlier you purchase your package the better we can tailor make your lessons to suit your busy schedule.

2. David’s Elite Tennis Training is offering these unbeatable packages because we want to give you a running start on your spring tennis season. Please keep in mind that the standard fee for one hour of private instruction with Head Coach David Drucker is $60/hour and one hour of private instruction with Tennis Director David Rothblatt is $75/hour.
